Refund Policy

At Sree Rama Deepam, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience.

Pooja Bookings

Once a pooja booking is confirmed and the ritual has been performed or scheduled, it is generally non-refundable.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by the customer.
• Payment deducted but booking not confirmed.
• Pooja cannot be performed due to reasons solely attributable to Sree Rama Deepam.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Incorrect details were submitted by the customer.
• The customer cancels after the pooja has been scheduled.
• Delay caused by the customer in providing required information.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
